We accept returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions and accessories. If the product is defective, we will accept it with a detailed explanation of the defect, subject to validation upon receipt. All returns are subject to a restocking fee, please refer to our terms and conditions for full details. All returns require an RMA before return, please contact our customer service department.
