If you leave a message on our answering system, please state your name, your phone number, your order number, and that you wish to cancel your order. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation in 1-2 business days, then resubmit your request.
If you cancel after your order has been shipped, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and will not be reimbursed for shipping.
Your order WILL NOT be guaranteed cancellation through any other website. Failure to follow proper instruction could
result in unwanted charges to your card. It is the responsibilty of the consumer to make sure their order was cancelled.

Please create an account by clicking the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site. During signup we’ll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
All items received by Del-Ton must be occupanied by an RMA number. Please call for number to be issued. Please also include your name, daytime phone number, and reason for returning. All returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If order is canceled and the order has been processed and pending shipment, it is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please do not send credit card numbers through the mail. We will not be held responsible is package is lost or stolen on the way to our facility. If RMA number and proper information are not enclosed with package, it will not be processed/credited/repaired until information is received. Returns for unwanted and unused items MUST BE received by Del-Ton, Inc within 30 days of original ship date.
